As part of ensuring that we can facilitate your sustainable lifestyle we want to ensure that the fulfilment of your orders is as fast and easy as possible. 

For this reason, SAL SOCIETY manages its own fulfilment house where we safely store and package 90% of the products available on our store. 

This means that we can consolidate your orders as much as possible, while also ensuring the adoption of reuse and recycle packaging techniques. 

We can also arrange wherever possible to utilise carbon neutral transportation. 

For some of the items listed, arrangements have been made with our product partners for them to ship the items directly to you. Products in which this direct shipment policy applies will be clear in the product description. 

Ordinarily we will aim to process and ship your order within 1-2 business days. We make every effort to fulfil orders as quickly as possible. Understand that we are a team of humans, working with human hands, and human brains. We are not perfect.  If your order cannot be delivered within this timeframe, we will notify you.
