As a conscious endeavour Left Hand require the communities they work with to uphold standards of sustainability, biodiversity, human rights and regenerative agriculture. They hope to invest in more farms who continue to work towards these values and in turn, increase tractability and transparency for consumers about their products.
Beyond coffee beans Left Hand try to add value to beautiful coffee byproducts such as Coffee Blossom and Cascara by repurposing them in a productive way and creating additional revenue for the farmers. The goal of Left Hand is to empower the people behind the product as well as highlight the potential of one of Thailand’s hidden gems: the coffee bean and their byproducts.
